Thanks to Chichi, Delphine, Katie, Fabio and Harry on the day – so many I didn’t catch every one of their names – for the perfect timing and generous spread of catering, ensuring we never ran out of bottled water or hot drinks, discretely clearing up around us so it never looked like we’d been snacking all day!
