Tamara and Sacha came to us looking for a London wedding venue with character and elegance; Stationers Hall, a stone’s throw from St Paul’s, was the perfect fit.
With an abundance of family and friends, Tamara and Sacha decided to throw a double celebration. A more formal wedding celebration and party on the Saturday, followed by a relaxed barbecue and garden party the on Sunday!
Sure enough, the weather was on our side for the first hot weekend of the year. Here are some of our favourite shots…
Canapes, drinks and confetti throwing took place in the garden. A hidden gem in the city, the garden can hold up to 200 guests for a standing reception. A beautiful setting for a wedding reception!
Time for the wedding breakfast, a three-course meal with a personal touch from Tamara and Sacha, with accents from their Arabic and Asian cultures.
Smoked duck breast, asparagus and watercress salad, pickled cherry and pistachio sponge

Harissa braised Lamb Medallions, layered sweet and white potato dauphinoise, tender stem broccoli, wilted spinach, lemon yoghurt and harissa jus
***
A deconstructed middle eastern trifle – pomegranate jelly, cardamom spiced jelly dusted with gold, rose water cream, crushed pistachios, strawberry tuile, almonds and summer berries
Speeches, cake cutting, and cocktail hour followed before the brilliant Doug & Russ from DISQUE Creative Music Agency got the party under way with a drum and DJ set!
The party drew to an end and we were back again the next morning for the second part of the celebrations, a fabulously sunny barbecue in the gardens. This time we were joined by an ice cream tricycle, balloon modellers and magicians alike along with ever popular giant garden games!
It has to be said, Tamara and Sacha’s wedding weekend was one of our ‘weddings of the year’. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the fantastic team at Stationers Hall on such a spectacular celebration!
An additional thank you to all the suppliers involved and James Davidson for capturing all these photos!
